  I work in management in food in Colorado Springs. I am home for the holidays with my family dining at this establishment and bring my nephew up for desert. He wants gummy bears on his ice cream , but there is no serving utensil. I request one from the staff and she does the unthinkable! She walks up to me , grabs the spoon out of the peanuts and sets in into the gummy bears. I kept to myself, however I was furious , my cousin is allergic to nuts and that kind of action could kill someone. I would not go somewhere to eat where they lack the training and common sense to keep there costumers alive. Hopefully they are labeling and taking temps.

  I have a monthly lunch meeting here. The employees are all genuinely kind a d helpful. The buffet is plentiful, but it's definitely a quantity over quality thing here, as in almost all buffets. I'd rate almost all of the food as merely ok.

  Great variety of dishes to choose from. Most good. Not really healthy options except for omelet bar. All was cold. Breakfast not really good there.
